Terms of Service

1. By enrolling and/or using the www.MyStocks.in service ("Service"), you agree that you have read and understood this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the Service shall conform to its terms and conditions ("Terms").
2. The Service is operated by Angel Investments and therefore this Agreement is between you and Angel Investments. www.MyStocks.in is a website owned by Angel Investments. Wherever the term "www.MyStocks.in" is used in this document, it represents Angel Investments and the services provided through www.MyStocks.in.
3. By joining this website, you here agree to receive any kind of promotional messages/emails from the company.
4. Angel Investments reserves the right to change the Incentive Rate without any prior notice.
5. The Registration Fee once paid is non-refundable in case if your account is activated.
6. Please be noted that after paying the activation fee but before activation of your account, if you want the refund, (not in the case, if your account is already activated), a cancellation charge of 30% of the amount paid by you will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
7. Minimum withdrawl amount is Rs.1000/-.
8. You can submit the withdrawl request only of your verified income. To know the difference between Verified and Unverified income, click here.
9. Your income will convert from unverified income to verified income, only after the purchase of product by the user joining in your direct or in your group.
10. User will have to collect the product himself/herself from the office and if he/she wants the product to be delivered at his/her address, then product delivery charges Rs.200 will be paid by the user. Please be noted that you will have to pay the product despatch charges Rs.200 within 7 days from the date of your activation or if you will not pay the despatch charges in the given time period, then it will be deducted from your first withdrawl and if your first withdrawl is not submitted within 15 days of your account activation and you also have not paid the product despatch charges, then your ID will be blocked temporarily until you pay the product despatch charges.
11. 20% Admin Charges applicable on every withdrawl. 5% Reserve Fund Wallet will be deducted on every withdrawl. 5% of your every withdrawl will be kept reserved in the "Reserve Fund Wallet" to be used to pay for the activation fee for any or all of our more earning plans. So that you need not to look for any other plan from any other company. All will be provided to you under one roof.
12. Minimum 10% registrations/signups are compulsory out of total messages sent by you.
13. Minimum 2 direct activations (topup users) are compulsory to submit the first withdrawl request.
14. On every 1 direct activation, you can withdraw maximum upto Rs.3000 from your group earning.
15. If you are found not in working in last 10 days, your bank withdrawl request will be transferred to your Pin Wallet.
16. Please be noted that if you do not give minimum 5 direct activations in any month, the admin charges on your withdrawl will be 30% for the next month. And afterwards if you give minimum 5 direct activations in any month, then the admin charges will automatically decrease to 20% for the next month.
17. Please do not spam. Please do not send the messages to any unknown person. If we receive any complaint, we have the right to block your ID permanently and also can take the legal action against you if required.
18. Please be noted that the unverfied earning older than 30 days will be flushed out on 1st and 15th of every month. However, if any of your unverified earnings become verified out of those flushed out unverified earnings, you will still be able to submit the withdrawal request of such converted verified earnings. 20. You are required to join minimum 20 people (NONTOPUP) in your direct every month.
    If this condition is not fulfilled, your ID enters in the "Dormant Mode" and is deactivated automatically. And when your ID enters in the "Dormant Mode" and after that if you want to re-open your ID again, a charge of Rs.500 will be payable.
21. If any user found violating the terms and conditions, his/her ID will be blocked immediately without any prior notice.
22. By clicking on "Terms of Service", you hereby agree to receive any kind of promotional messages from Angel Investments.
23. All disputes are subject to Abohar Jurisdiction only.
